Alliance Seasonal Leaderboard
One Alliance. One Pursuit.
Airline Manager 4 provides a Seasonal Leaderboard where participating alliances can measure their Season contribution against one another.
That's it. A leaderboard.
A perfectly innocent collection of numbers showing where everyone stands.
Naturally, some of us looked at this and decided it was a Race! 🏁✈️
For Echelon Global members who choose to participate, the leaderboard adds a little extra competition to everyday airline management. Every qualifying departure adds to the alliance total, combining the efforts of independent airlines into one shared position on the board.
And that's roughly where normal airline management begins to deteriorate.
Routes get reconsidered. Fleets get adjusted. Cost indexes receive entirely too much attention. Members compare strategies, test ideas, and occasionally acquire quantities of aircraft that are difficult to explain without pointing at the leaderboard.
Then somebody moves up a position.
Someone else notices.
The spreadsheets reopen.
Not every Echelon member plays this way, nor should they. Airline Manager 4 can be enjoyed in many different ways, and Season participation is simply one of them.
But for those of us who choose to chase the numbers, the Seasonal Leaderboard has become something slightly more dramatic than its developers probably intended. 😂

THE GUEST LIST IS LONG! We have limited gates and a growing waiting list. Members are expected to stay active and maintain alliance requirements. Those who consistently can’t may be released back into the wild, giving another airline its chance at the gate. Nothing personal. The ramp is just full. ✈️😎

Your Clearance to Join the Fleet Starts Here
Echelon Global is an international team of active Airline Manager 4 players from around the world. We compete together, share knowledge, support our members, and try to keep the departure board moving in the right direction.
Interest in joining is high, and there may be a waiting list when the alliance is full. Before registering, please review our membership requirements carefully.
BEFORE YOU REQUEST CLEARANCE
We are always interested in strong partner airlines, but joining Echelon is more than getting your name onto the roster.
Members are expected to meet our entry requirements and continue meeting them after joining. Requirements will depend on which Alliance you join. Activity, contribution, participation, and communication help keep the entire alliance moving forward.
If your airline meets the requirements, you are welcome to register your interest.
Meeting the requirements does not always mean a gate is immediately available. Sometimes the ramp is simply full.
THE HOLDING PATTERN
If an Echelon Alliance is at capacity, qualified airlines may need to wait for an opening.
Don't worry. Being placed in the holding pattern is not a rejection. It simply means all available gates are occupied.
When space becomes available, alliance administration can review waiting airlines based on current requirements and alliance needs.
Please remain at a safe altitude and resist the urge to circle the Discord every five minutes.

ECHELON GLOBAL REQUIREMENTS

BEFORE REQUESTING CLEARANCE
Echelon Global is built around active airlines that contribute to the alliance and participate regularly. Before applying, please make sure your airline can meet and maintain the following requirements.
ALLIANCE CONTRIBUTION
🟢 Minimum: $7,500 contribution per day
🟢 Beginning October: $10,000 contribution per day
Members should maintain the required daily contribution level. Continued growth is encouraged as your airline and fleet develop.
FLIGHT ACTIVITY
🟢 Aim to fly daily
We understand that real life comes first and nobody is expected to live in the cockpit. Regular activity, however, is important to the strength of the alliance.
SEASON PARTICIPATION
🟢 Season-focused airlines are welcome
Players who enjoy competing in the Seasonal Race are welcome. Different play styles can contribute to Echelon Global in different ways.
INACTIVITY
🔴 3 days inactive may result in removal
If an airline is inactive for three days without communication, its position in the alliance may be made available to another player.
There is usually another aircraft waiting for the gate. ✈️
MAINTAINING YOUR CLEARANCE
Membership requirements do not apply only when you join. Members are expected to continue meeting them while flying with Echelon Global.
These standards help keep the alliance active, competitive, and growing while providing room for airlines that want to participate.

GATE AVAILABILITY
Meeting the requirements does not guarantee immediate entry. When Echelon Global is full, qualified applicants may be placed in the holding pattern until a position becomes available.Please keep your airline running while you wait. Tower is watching. 😄
